A bit about me

I started ‘Define’ because I noticed a pattern in the work I loved most. I kept being the person people called when something important felt stuck, unclear, or too big to see clearly from the inside, and I was thriving on helping to create clarity. Guiding pivotal moments. Strengthening the strategic, visual, and written pathways for organisations and people.

I am a Chartered Director. My background spans governance, strategy, leadership, change management, organisational development, communications, marketing, photography, public relations, and celebrancy. I have sat in boardrooms and studios, run events and ceremonies, led campaigns and large change management projects. Define NZ is how I bring that all together.
